Position: Field Service Engineer

Work location: Gruža, Serbia and/or field work at service locations (abroad)

EVOTEC d.o.o. is announcing a job opening for the position of Field Service Engineer.

We are looking for an experienced and independent professional who will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of industrial equipment at customer sites, with a high level of professionalism and a strong focus on service quality.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery at customer locations

• Field work, including work on ships and in shipyards

• Motor parameterization and preparation, adjustment of hydraulic systems

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and automated systems

• Performing preventive maintenance in accordance with service contracts and manufacturer specifications

• Performing electrical assembly and electrical installations on products

• Preparation and connection of products for IAT/FAT, HAT, and SAT

• Participation in IAT/FAT, HAT, and SAT activities

• Saving motor parameters and PLC programs upon project completion

• Preparing and submitting regular field service reports

• Planning and execution of service tasks in cooperation with the Aftersales & Service department -  Evotec Norway

• Providing technical advice and user training

• Effective communication with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Identifying opportunities for additional service and sales activities with existing customers

• Compliance with applicable quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements

• Consistent application of occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection regulations

Qualifications:

• Completed undergraduate academic studies in a technical/electrical field

• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience

Requirements:

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Ability to read electrical schematics

• Proficiency in using tools

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Advanced level of English (reading, writing, and conversation)

• Willingness to work intensively in the field and in shifts
